Foreclosure Cleaning Jobs:  Property Preservation Help Wanted in Atlanta, GA Area

Property preservation entity seeking experienced vendors to work in Atlanta and its surrounding areas. Contractors must have the following:  camera (digital for before and after pictures), laptop (need Internet aircard), truck with trailer, generator, must have GPS, Smart Phone, necessary tools to perform this type of work.

Background Required: Vendors must have at least one year of experience in the foreclosure cleaning and must be familiar with HUD and FHA Guidelines.

This is an industry with fast-paced environment, so applying vendors must be able to adhere to work order deadlines, work long hours, be able to perform in challenging weather as necessary, and absolutely MUST be able to handle jobs on weekends.

Experience Required:
Window and Door Boarding
Roofing Work
Winterization and De-Winterization (all types)
Trash Out Work
Lawn Maintenance
GC Knowledge
Plumbing Experience Helpful
Computer Knowledge REQUIRED
