Job Description: Company is hiring reliable and dependable foreclosure cleanup and property preservation contractors. Vendors must have their own tools and truck. They receive abandoned and foreclosed homes that need to be cleaned up and
prepared for re-sale.  Contractors must be able to perform the following duties:

  • Debris Removal (again, must have truck)
  • Landscaping (vendors must have their own lawn mower, edger, trimmer, etc.)
  • General Repairs (repair duties include drywall work, boarding windows, changing locks, etc.)

Coverage Areas:

  • North Carolina
  • South Carolina
  • Florida
  • Virginia

NOTE: Vendors must have their own computer and digital camera (for shooting before and after property photos).
