We are in need of vendors and contractors that can help us complete work orders in their state.

DUTIES: We are looking for individuals to perform the following duties (not limited to):
–Changing Locks
–Removing Debris
–Property Inspections
–Lawn Maintenance Services
–Snow Removal (during season)
–Winterization Work
–Cleanup and Janitorial Service Duties
–Bidding Minor to Major Repairs
–Window and Door Boarding
–Major and Minor Repairs
–Completing Property Condition Reports
–Communicating with our offices in a timely and effective manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

–Great Work Ethic
–Honesty and Reliability
–Solid Communication Skills
–Digital Camera
–Reliable computer to send pictures and documents
–Must have knowledge of computers for internet access and sending workflow correspondence back and forth
–Lawn Equipment
–Truck / Trailer
–Ability to obtain general business liability insurance
