JOB DESCRIPTION: Laudan Properties, LLC is a regional mortgage field services provider. The company is in the process of growing its business and expects to be nationwide over the next 120 days.  Due to this growth, Laudan Properties is seeking to expand its Property Preservation Contractor and Inspector network.

The company is recruiting experienced individuals and companies who understand high quality standards and who are able to provide the needed top-notch performance standards the property preservation industry requires.

DUTIES: Duties to be performed include the following:

• Debris Removal
• Occupancy Inspections
• Window Boarding
• Lock Changes and Re-keys
• Lawn Maintenance
• Emergency Maintenance

LOCATION: Laudan Properties, LLC is accepting applications for all states.

REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of HUD guidelines and previous property preservation experience is required. General Liability insurance is a must.  (Knowledge of Field-Comm – In Field Express is a plus, but not required.)
