Large Property Preservation Company Seeking Dependable Foreclosure Cleanup Vendors for SEVERAL COUNTIES
FORCLOSURE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE PERIMETER) — Atlanta Area
Large property preservation company is seeking dependable foreclosure cleanup and property preservation vendors to handle territories mainly in the following ATLANTA areas:
- Paulding County
- Cobb County
- Cherokee County
- DeKalb County
- Fulton County
- Gwinnett County
The ideal foreclosure cleanup candidates should be able to handle large volume. These are government properties that have been foreclosed upon and the ability to handle volume is imperative.
REQUIREMENTS (TOOLS & EQUIPMENT)
Vendors should have the following before responding:
- Reliable transportation (i.e., a truck)
- Trailer or truck to haul debris and trash from the properties (if trash exists)
- Cleaning supplies to clean the houses to prepare it for the market
- Landscaping equipment to handle cutting, edging and trimming properties
- Digital camera (the camera must have a time/date stamp feature
Vendors will earn additional compensation for completing bids and work orders; some plumbing knowledge is required. To do handle the additional work order requests (for example, winterization, plumbing repairs, etc.), vendors should have a generator and an air compressor.
