Help Needed Quickly — FORECLOSURE CLEAN-UP JOBS:  Insured Handymen Needed to Handle Large Surplus of Properties in Michigan & Georgia

JOB:  Property Preservation Company seeking ethical, dependable, smart-working, insured handymen to handle repair and foreclosure cleanup duties on several homes.

Location:  Throughout Michigan and Georgia.

Duties:  Perform minor repairs to a large real estate portfolio throughout the Michigan and Georgia areas. Duties include changing entrance locks, cutting grass, boarding broken windows, removing broken windows, property inspections, repairing fences, winterizations, pool securing, reading and reviewing work orders, taking photos and emailing them on a regular basis, minor painting, minor sheetrock repair, debris removal, janitorial work, minor roof repairs.
Equipment Needed:  Tools needed include the following:   a digital camera, 24 hour internet access (A MUST), email account, picture cell phone, printer/scanner, locks with two different codes (we will supply you with the codes and your first set of locks), padlocks (we will supply you with the code), and three or four digital lockboxes. Also, a generator will possibly be needed. You’ll also need basic tools, an air compressor, janitorial equipment for cleaning and vacuuming, winterization liquids, possibly tarps for roof covering, lawn cutting equipment, trailer, and pickup truck or van.
Requirements: Prefer workers to have at least $1,000,000.00 in General Liability insurance coverage re: you will be handling multiple real estate properties owned by banks.  We prefer workers WHO HAVE WORKED WITH or WHO ARE FAMILIAR with the property preservation industry because the contract consists of a very large portfolio. We have to get started AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
