Property Preservation Job: Lawn Care & Cleaning, IMMEDIATE and ONGOING
Location: Marietta, GA (Atlanta Area)
Needed immediately! This is a solid opportunity to get your foot in the property preservation business door. If you’re available, I have work for you in the Marietta area. You may need additional help with the jobs. My company goes to each property twice per month.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: For the regular property preservation route you will need to have the following: Large and small lawn mower, edger, blower, hedge trimmer, basic cleaning supplies. You must also have a digital camera with the time date stamp feature.
Extra work: If you have a trailer you can also get additional work with trashouts. If you have a generator and air compressor with gauge you can do winterizations which pay extra. The money is here to be made.
Start Immediately: You must be able to start immediately though and have reliable transportation.
PAYMENT: The base job pays $425 weekly. The payout is every 2 two weeks. NOTE: You will have opportunities to make additional money completing work orders assigned to you by the company, such as repair work. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes.
