South Central Valley Mortgage Services needs INDEPENDENT VENDORS for Property Preservation & REO work. Property preservation & REO work involves lock changes, yard maintenance, debris removal, janitorial/maid services, winterizations, preparing and protecting foreclosures and bank-owned properties.
Independent vendors interested in applying must have the following equipment:
  • Reliable truck and/or trailer
  • Cell phone with email capability
  • Computer with internet access
  • Digital camera
  • Necessary tools to perform basic maintenance
  • Lawn equipment such as a mower, weed eater, hedger, etc.
  • Air compressor for winterizations
Independent vendors must have the following skills:
  • Solid communication skills (daily communication via phone and email is required)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of FHA & HUD regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to follow instructions & prioritize work by due date (due dates are very important)
