Property Preservation and Foreclosure Clean-up Duties:
Boarding windows and doors,
Lawn Care & Maintenance
Locksmithing
Sales cleaning and trashouts
Seasonal Snow Removal
Tarping Rooftops
Winterization & de-winterization work

Job Requirements:

• Foreclousre cleaning vendors and subcontractors must own or possess necessary equipment to perform jobs. For example, trailer, lawn mower, blower, air compressor, generator, plus other various, necessary tools and equipment.
• Foreclousre clean up vendors and subcontractors must have digital camera (photos must be uploaded timely)
• Foreclousre cleanup vendors and subcontractors must be able to complete PCRs (property condition reports) in a timely manner
• Foreclousre clean-up vendors and subcontractors must be able to accommodate work order “quick” turnaround (i.e., 24-48 hours)
