Property Preservation Company is seeking vendors and subcontractors that are efficient in initial property preservation services, winterizations, minor repairs and construction jobs on foreclosed properties. Note requirements, payment terms, and contact info below:
Requirements:
- Please note previous experience in property preservation, field services and/or construction is preferred.
- Start as quickly as possible.
- Vendors and subs must be able to photo document all work, returning the photos online.
Terms: Thirty days net pay.
