Property Preservation Jobs / Foreclosure Cleanup Jobs (Phoenix / West Valley Area)
We are a HUD Vendor looking for “EXPERIENCED” Foreclosure Cleanup and Property Preservation crews to start immediately. We need two-person crews that can take necessary photos of homes, clean houses, do landscaping and be able to send photos and reports to use via email. If you are not experienced at this, please do NOT apply. We are looking for vendors that can handle refreshes and clean outs.
Requirements: You MUST have your own cleaning supplies and tools. You must also be able to make deadlines. This is a volume-based business and we have the volume if you can handle the foreclosure cleanup and property preservation work.
Tools & Equipment Required: You must have the following tools and equipment:
- Digital camera that time and date stamps photos
- Home computer and the capability to resize and send a folder of your photos
- Truck (trailer is not mandatory but good to have as sometimes there is debris like landscaping)
- Weed Wacker
- Lawn Mower
- Trashcans and Trash Bags
- Cleaning Supplies (i.e., degreasers, Ajax, glass cleaner, SOS pads, good mop, mp bucket, over cleaner, rags and/or cleaning towels, toilet bowl cleaner, etc.)
- Shop VAC
- Extension Cords
- Blue Tape and Red Tape
