Property Preservation Jobs:  Handyman and Field Service Technician for California Area (Palmdale / Lancaster)

Apex Construction Services, Inc., a construction company, provides services in the state of California.  The company performs work banks, real estate agents, property management firms, and investors. Their services stem from debris hauling, rekeys and lawn maintenance and general lawn care, to detailed bids, including painting, carpeting and rehab services. Because of the nature of the clients they service and the nature of the property preservation jobs at hand, timeliness is mandatory and critical. 
Apex  requires photo documentation and strict timelines for all duties completed and/or bid proposals. Most work orders must be handled within 48 hours of work order assignment. Ongoing communication is essential when dealing with Apex Construction, Inc.

They are seeking a Handyman/Contractor who knows how to complete quick bids, complete with required photo documentation. The Handyman/Contractor must also have subcontractors who can adhere to our fast turnaround. The vendor must be willing to drive to surrounding cities. A reliable vehicle is a must.  Both trailer and truck are necessary for this REO work. (Note:  A motorcycle or an economy vehicle will work for bid requests.)

The ideal vendor candidate will have Property Preservation experience and will have knowledge of HUD guidelines.
Remember:  Vendor must have a truck and a digital camera.
