Requirements: If you are interested in becoming a foreclosure clean-up and property preservation vendor, your company must have the ability to complete the below list of services:
- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris Removal, Hazard Removal, Trashouts
- Janitorial & Cleaning Services
- Locksmith Work, Boarding Windows and Doors and General Securing of Properties
- General Home Repairs
- Must Possess Safety and Health Knowledge
Note: It is strongly preferred foreclosure-cleanup and property preservation vendor applicants have knowledge of building guidelines and codes in the mortgage default industry.
