Company Just Awarded Contract; Need Foreclosure Cleanup Help

Seeking workers with experience with lawn maintenance, cleaning homes, and property preservation duties. Our company was just awarded a contract and we need property preservation subcontractors.

Location:  Greater Atlanta / Alabama

Requirements:  Must be familiar with HUD/FHA regulations.  Prefer someone with a license, who possesses a cell phone, and is computer literate and who has a working knowledge of digital camera use. Would prefer someone who has their own transportation (but willing to negotiate).

Duties:  Removing Debris, Changing Locks, REO Evictions, Lawn Care and Maintenance, Cleaning, Trashouts, and Overall Property Preservation Duties on Bank-owned Homes.

Compensation:  Salary is negotiable upon experience and references.
