Florida Company Seeking Property Preservation Contractors Familiar with FANNIE MAE and HUD Guidelines

Property Preservation Duties:  Removing debris and furniture from houses; cleaning interior of houses; cutting lawns, edging properties, blowing trim debris, trimming and weed eating lawns; removal of debris from exterior of homes; loading trailer to take items to dump yards/landfills; and changing locks on doors and leaving lockboxes.  Vendors may also be asked to perform evictions. Work available daily. 

NOTE:  The company is willing to train.

Equipment Required:  Interested vendors should have the following equipment:

  • Lawn care equipment
  • Cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Cellular phone, access to email, digital camera, and computer with internet access. (Vendors should have the ability to WinZip digital photos and forward them via email. Will need a mobile device that has email capabilities in order to receive emails directly from the hours of 8am-6pm daily.)
