Property Preservation Company (Atlanta Area) Hiring Skilled Handyman Foreclosure Cleanup & Repair Duties

Most jobs performed on foreclosed and vacant homes in the counties of:

• Fulton
• DeKalb
• Gwinnett
• Cobb
• Clayton
• Forsyth
• Douglas
• Rockdale
• Paulding
• Henry
• Cherokee

Duties: Occupancy inspections, lock changing, securing properties (boarding windows and doors), winterization and de-winterization, removing trash and debris, cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof tarping, as well as light electrical and plumbing.

Requirements: Vendors absolutely must have cordless tools, digital camera with date and time stamp, computer with internet access, email accessibility, wireless phone (prefer text messaging capability with built-in camera). Must have reliable transportation and insurance. The job requires a lot of driving. Must be available to work Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturday and/or Sunday. A valid driver’s license and legal ability to work in the United States required.

(Background check.) Training to be provided.

Pay: $150 Per Day
