Homeland Field Services is looking for Experienced Contractors to complete work orders on homes and/or foreclosure properties.

We need Contractors ASAP!!!!!

We are a Property Preservation Company and we handle work orders from the banks and send contractors out to do them in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience:
We are a property preservation company in Utah expanding. We are looking for individuals to perform the following services:

•Lock Changes
•Debris Removal
•Inspections
•Lawn Maintenance Services
•Snow Removal
•Winterizations
•Janitorial Services
•Bidding Minor to Major Repairs
•Board-ups
•Major/Minor Repairs
•Filling out property condition reports
•Communicate with our office in a timely and effective manner
•Must have great work ethic!
•Honesty and Reliability are Key
•Good Communication Skills Required
•Digital Camera Needed
•Reliable computer to send photos and documents
•Need to have knowledge of computers for web access and sending work flow back and forth
•Lawn Equipment
•Truck and/or Trailer
•Ability to obtain liability insurance
